Ongoing MEP design work under Triad for the Luigi Broglio Space Centre, supporting a technically demanding institutional and scientific facility on Kenya's Indian Ocean coast.

MEP engineering and construction-stage supervision for a diplomatic development with demanding requirements for reliability, coordination, confidentiality and controlled technical interfaces.
Full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire engineering design for the Indian High Commission development on Limuru Road, carried through coordinated tender documentation. The project did not proceed to construction.


Full MEP and fire engineering design with construction supervision for the IOMe innovation-lab facility in Lamu, coordinating building services through completion.

A net-zero community resource centre in Kalama Conservancy, now supported under M-PESA Foundation, with coordinated energy, water, wastewater, connectivity and passive environmental design shaped around conservation, researcher needs and practical local operation. The project was not submitted for or awarded third-party sustainability certification.
